Grilled Sweetbread

A surprisingly delightful dish for the adventurous foodie.

  • Prep/cook time: 30 min.
  • Meat temp: N/A


  • Salt and pepper 
  • 3 sweetbreads 


  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. 
  2. Set the sweetbread in the water for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and pat dry. 
  3. Season the meat on both sides.
  4. On a hot grill, place the meat down and grill for 5-8 minutes per side, depending on how done you like the meat.
