Beef Stroganoff
Soul-warming, melt-in-your-mouth tender sirloin with onions, mushrooms & your preferred side

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Sirloin
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 head garlic
- 1/2 sweet onion, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef stock
Directions:
- Thinly slice the beef (go for 1/4 inch) and season with salt and pepper
- In a skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic, onion, mushrooms and beef
- Cook until the beef is medium, about 8 minutes on medium heat
- Once the meat is at the proper temp, add the butter in the center of the pan, making a well, and add the flour on top of that
- Mix the flour and coat all over the beef mix
- Then add the stock and cook on medium heat until the stock has reduced by half
- Then add the heavy cream and sour cream and continue to cook for 3 minutes
- Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes
