Eva’s Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 lbs of 60 Day Dry-Aged burger (for large family or gathering you can double this recipe-4 lbs)
1/3 cup onion
1/4 cup peppers-I recommend tri color and lil sweet peppers can be used
1/2 Milk
1 Egg
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
3 TB Ketchup (then cover loaf with a thin layer of ketchup prior to placing in oven)
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1 TB Mustard
2 TB Horseradish
Preheat the oven to 350. If you like your meatloaf a bit crispy on top/ edges bump to 375 halfway through cooking time.
Put ground beef into a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients mixing each in. Once all ingredients are mixed in, use your hands to mix all ingredients through the dry-aged beef.
Take a cookie sheet line with aluminum foil, I use a rack on top to let any grease drain and cook through. But a foiled covered cookie sheet will work just fine.
Put ground beef mixture on a foiled cover sheet or rack. If rack is used-spray with a bit of non-stick spray prior.
Create a loaf, molding it. Cover with a thin layer of ketchup on top.
Cook for 1.5 hours.
Cool for 20 minutes before serving.
