Being new to Texas, we decided to buy a cow for fresh beef but had no idea where to start. We found Designer Beef and spoke to the salesman who helped us through the process and answered all our questions. We contracted for a Charolais. We were invited to customer appreciation day yesterday and WOW, were we impressed and even more excited. The quality of feed and the water (filtered even more than my home water) was impressive, along with the no-stress environment. With all this and the 55 day aging process, our beef will be nutritious. We had hamburgers yesterday and they were the best tasting burgers I’ve ever eaten! Looking forward to our whole cow delivery! If you are looking for a delicious beef, look no farther. I highly recommend Designer Beef for your family.

Our experience with Designer Beef has been absolutely amazing! From the wonderful people that run this, to the absolute best beef I have ever had! We got a 1/4, Angus, grain fed, 55-day dry aged. They give you updates and answers any questions you might have the entire way. We got to go tour the beautiful ranch and see all the care and hard work that goes into the whole process. These cows truly live the high life! Beautiful wide open pastures with ponds, hand picked cows from local farmers, Constant health checks, shelters with cool and misting fans, hand fed with a detailed nutrition and vitamin diet, & filtered water! Nutrition has become a big part of our life after my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Being aware of what is put in our food and how it affects our body, this is one area we don’t have to worry about now. Not to mention the taste! The flavor of the dry aged is something I had never experienced before and I can tell you it is absolutely amazing! 🥩 😋 Thank you Designer Beef y’all are truly a blessing!

What an operation Designer Beef has going on at the ranch! Sourcing the best local calves. Feeding healthy, nutrient rich food. No drugs or fake bulk builder. Calm, stress free lifestyle for cows. All this results in healthy, MOST delicious beef I have ever tasted. The inflammation combatting diet helps reduce issues in humans.

Visited Designer Beef on customer appreciation day, I have a Charolais ordered. I was so impressed with the feed program. Unbelievable care for a non-stress animal, using vitamins and minerals all the way to including filter watering. I recommend Designer Beef, for anyone looking for a better eating experience. They have thought of everything to provide the best service from land to fork. The 55 day aged procedure to the vacuum seal cuts that I get to customize is fantastic. We had burgers on appreciation day with no seasoning except salt and pepper, Absolutely the best I have ever eaten. Please do not hesitate to join their family ranch.. I could not be any happier with this ranch.

Our beef has to be some of the highest quality and best tasting beef I have ever had. We have decided that we will never buy any other beef than our own raised and delivered by Designer Beef. Dry aged is the only way to go. The perfect amount of marbling makes it super favorful and tender.
So glad to customers of such an amazing company who treats us like family!
