Our facility is located onsite where the animals are. This allows the animal to be harvested ethically and with low stress because there is no interruption of their routine by packing them onto a trailer and hauling them to a different place. Our facility also has less capacity to keep cross contamination to a minimum and this makes for a more manageable system of cleanliness. 

Storing

Meat is stored in a cooler onsite for a period of two weeks to help the meat to be tender.
